Meditation is an amazing way to re-balance the body and mind and contrary to popular belief, rather than emptying our thoughts and feelings, gives them space to rise and accept them.
The art of meditation is not to quiet the mind, but to accept the background noise of life and simply be okay with the volume.

Meditation comes in many forms and Balance Your Being uses many different styles in classes, groups and 1-2-1 sessions including visualisation, breathwork, affirmations, dancing and more.
Each healing work session also incorporates meditation to help you really relax and feel connected to the body.
