Energy Work

Everything is energy.
When we realise this, we realise we are in control of our healing journey and moving through things is absolutely possible, sometimes we just need a little support or guidance.

Energy work can come in many forms. Here at Balance Your Being I offer meditations and breathwork, Reiki, Rahanni, Crystal Healing and Readings.
I offer these* from my home in Hitchin, Hertfordshire or distantly- energy spans time and space and so doesn’t need to be in person to work.

These are often channelled to you through the practitioner who connects in with the energy or uses the energy with intention to work with your body to get things moving again.

They can be offered 1-2-1 or if you wish to have a session with a loved one or a pamper evening, this can be offered too.
All spaces, be they 1-2-1 or group work, are tailored to each individual, allowing you to get the most out of each session, knowing you are receiving a bespoke offering curated with you in mind.
